Rachel and Jason tied the knot last Saturday, September 20th, at The Barn at Cook’s Farm in Mechanicsburg—and what a perfect day it was! The weather was absolutely beautiful, the setting was rustic and charming, and the couple made sure their wedding was every bit as fun as they are.

One of the sweetest moments of the morning was Rachel’s first look with her son. His face said it all—the love and excitement made it such a special memory to witness.

Before the ceremony, Rachel and Jason also shared a quiet “first touch” instead of a traditional first look, taking a moment to hold hands and calm their nerves while still saving the big reveal for the aisle.

Rachel looked stunning in her gown from J & B Bridals, with hair and makeup by Ashlyn McBride. Scarlett and Aleisa looked fabulous as well. The bouquet and florals, beautifully created by Caroline Horst, added a perfect touch of color and romance.

Jason and his groomsmen embraced a laid-back country style that fit the barn setting.

The barn itself looked absolutely beautiful, thanks to all of Rachel’s details. It was the perfect backdrop for their day.

Jason brought his own style to the wedding—walking down to a rock song that set the tone for a lively celebration.

Their ceremony was filled with sweet smiles, a few tears, and lots of love. I especially enjoyed the rock, paper, scissors game they played to see who was going to do the vows first (it took three tries). They also shared a unity ceremony with their kids as part of the ceremony.

When asked why they picked The Barn at Cook’s Farm, Rachel and Jason said it was because they loved the rustic and authentic look and feel of the space. It turned out to be the perfect setting.

These two first met through a mutual friend at church (over goats, no less!) and quickly discovered they shared a love of travel, live bands, races, and line dancing.

Guests later got to join in the fun with cornhole, axe throwing (Chip's Chucks), and even trivia questions to determine which tables got dismissed to the buffet. And speaking of the buffet—Montezuma’s catering made it one to remember. (It was my first time having tacos at a wedding, and let me tell you, it was a hit!)

Their wedding cake and cupcakes were crafted by The Farmer's Daughter - delicious! And, The dance floor stayed full thanks to Sound Barrier by Brooke Barrier. Everyone had an amazing time!

The evening ended on a sparkling note with a gorgeous sparkler send-off! It was such a joy and honor to capture Rachel & Jason's day. Congratulations, Rachel and Jason—your wedding was every bit as fun and beautiful as the two of you are!
